My path in mathematics education has taken me from the classroom to instructional coaching to school leadership, with over a decade of experience teaching secondary math across traditional, early college, and alternative credit-recovery settings in Denver. Along the way, I've served as a department-level instructional coach, Dean of Instruction and Operations, and most recently as an adjunct math professor at Community College of Denver, where I work with first-generation and career-technical students every day.

I believe that every student is capable of developing a genuine mathematical identity, and that teachers, when given the right coaching and support, are the most powerful force in making that happen. That belief drives my work with schools and instructional leaders to build the systems, practices, and educator confidence that lead to real, lasting improvement for students.

Since joining 2Partner, I've had the opportunity to work directly with school and district leadership teams to strengthen secondary mathematics instruction through coaching, professional learning, and standards-aligned curriculum development.
