Throughout my career as an educator, I have strived to develop understanding and making sense of mathematics for teachers and students. It has been my honor to have taught in both elementary and middle school settings, grades K-6. I have held many leadership positions, including math coach, math intervention coordinator, district curriculum specialist, and curriculum specialist for The Math Learning Center. I have provided professional development and workshops focusing on mathematical content, pedagogy, and curriculum implementation and support throughout Colorado and across the country.

My work as a 2Partner Consultant has provided me with a wonderful opportunity to share my passion for teaching and mathematics with school leaders, teachers, and students. As a math coach, I work collaboratively with individual teachers and grade level teams to create and implement effective lessons that focus on understanding and making sense of the mathematics. I believe that when our focus is on making sense of the mathematics, all students can be successful.
