I strive to put the joy back into mathematics learning and thinking in the elementary school classroom for students, teachers, and building leaders. At the center of my coaching beliefs are relationships. I truly believe that a mutually trusting relationship between consultants, teachers, and leaders is the foundation for high-impact instructional and academic growth. I’ve taught 2nd- 5th grades, was an instructional coach for 3 years, and was an assistant principal in a turnaround school in Denver with a focus on 3rd-5th grade. With a passion for technology, I’ve presented at conferences around the country on technology integration in the math classroom. 

My greatest accomplishment with 2Partner is building lasting relationships with building leaders and supporting them in driving academic success in their school buildings. I love being able to jump in, do the math, and co-teach with teachers while also supporting the greater building goals, mission, and vision. While so many are hesitant around their own mathematical understanding, being there side-by-side to support and watching their learning spark reignite continues to be my why in this work!
