2Partner has been incredibly helpful and supportive in building the foundation of our math coaching structure at SOAR Elementary. With 2Partner, we have been able to create systems and routines for team unit planning, lesson planning with the 3-part lesson structure, and intentional agendas for math professional development. I have worked closely with 2 Partner first as an Assistant Principal and now as the Principal. I have gained so much knowledge on how to coach math instruction and I continue to build my content knowledge as well. It has been extremely helpful to have 2Partner’s knowledge and listening ear during my first year as a principal. I am happy to share that after one year of math coaching with 2Partner my school moved TWO levels on the School Performance Framework (SPF), and we are being recognized by Governor Polis for our growth on the Colorado State Assessment, and receiving Govenor Polis' Bright Spot Award and $50,000.

As a building principal I was looking for a team that would provide my teachers with quality math professional development, that included hands on training, the use of math games, and honest feedback with next step and action plans. 2Partner has exceeded my expectations. We have developed a partnership focused on number talks, mini-lessons, and small groups. Our ultimate goal is to have our scholars develop number sense allowing them to understand mathematics conceptually. The strategies and skills learned are evident in our math growth, as we attribute our partnership with 2Partner to be a strong variable in our efforts to improve math at our building.

It has been a wonderful experience having 2Partner in my school the past six years. As an educator I feel supported in math and I continue to learn so many valuable math strategies. Thus, resulting my students becoming more confident in their math skills. I am so grateful for the amount of support that 2Partner has given me.
